    Mavisha: Law and Society Journal

    Mavisha: Law and Society Journal is an open access and peer-reviewed journal published by Legal Community Association for Indonesia in associate with Faculty of Sharia and Law UIN Jakarta. Mavisha aims to offer an international academic platform for cross-border legal research in multiple governance policies and civil rights law, particularly in developing and emerging countries. These may include but are not limited to various fields such as civil law, criminal law, constitutional and administrative law, indigenous and local knowledge, air and space law, religious jurisprudence law, international regime law, legal pluralism governance, and another section related to contemporary issues in legal scholarship. 

    Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the scope of the Mavisha. Please read the information on the peer-review process. The articles published in Mavisha are going through a double-blind peer-review process. Hence, the decision on whether the scientific article is accepted or not, will be the Editorial Board’s right based on the peer reviewer's recommendation.

    Please read and understand the author's guidelines for the preparation manuscript. The author who submits a manuscript to the editors should comply with the author's guidelines and template. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or using a different format, it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. The editorial team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements.

    This journal has become a Crossref Member since year 2024. Therefore, all articles published will have unique DOI number.

    Qayla: Family Law Journal is an open access and peer-reviewed journal published by the Indonesian Legal Community Association in collaboration with the Faculty of Sharia and Law, UIN Jakarta. Qayla aims to offer an international academic platform for research on family law and ahwal ash-syaksiyyah, particularly in the field of religious justice. It also covers the fields of Islamic civil law, sharia law, Islamic law and other sections related to contemporary issues in sharia law. 

    Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the scope of Qayla. Please read the information about the peer review process. Articles published on Qayla will go through a double-blind peer review process. Therefore, the decision whether a scientific article is accepted or not is the right of the Editorial Board based on the recommendations of peer reviewers.

    Sharia Economic Justice Review is a periodical scientific publication managed by the Pusat Studi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta . Sharia Economic Justice Review focuses on the studies and research results of Sharia Economic Law, Business Ethics, Islamic Business Ethics, Sharia Economic Law Thought, Sharia Economic Contracts, and Sharia Economic Jurisprudence. Sharia Economic Justice Review is published twice in a year, the first edition appeared in June and the second edition was published in December. Sharia Economic Justice Review invites enthusiasts to the study of Islamic thought to contribute articles in accordance with scientific standards, both internal and external.
