About the Journal
Qayla: Family Law Journal is an open access and peer-reviewed journal published by the Indonesian Legal Community Association in collaboration with the Faculty of Sharia and Law, UIN Jakarta. Qayla aims to offer an international academic platform for research on family law and ahwal ash-syaksiyyah, particularly in the field of religious justice. It also covers the fields of Islamic civil law, sharia law, Islamic law and other sections related to contemporary issues in sharia law.
Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the scope of Qayla. Please read the information about the peer review process. Articles published on Qayla will go through a double-blind peer review process. Therefore, the decision whether a scientific article is accepted or not is the right of the Editorial Board based on the recommendations of peer reviewers.
Please read and understand the author's guidelines for preparing the manuscript. Authors who submit manuscripts to editors must adhere to the author's guidelines and templates. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or uses a different format, the manuscript will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. The editorial team will only accept manuscripts that meet the specified format requirements.
This journal has been a Crossref Member since 2024. Therefore, all articles published will have a unique DOI number.
