Tinjauan Sertifikat Halal Bagi Pelaku UMKM Makanan Cepat Saji di Kecamatan Bojongsari

Abstract

This study aims to: find out the response of MSME players in Bojongsari District to the obligation to be halal certified, and the reasons they do not know and have a halal certificate and whether the legal regulations regarding halal certificates are either Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee, PP No. 39 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Halal Product Guarantee Field, Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. The results of this study indicate that the responses of 10 MSMEs in Bojongsari District, namely, Dapur Bandung, Soto Khas Betawi, Bubur Ayam Pa'o, Pecel Madiun Bu Wito, Kedai BBM, Mie Bibir Jontor, Nasi Padang Bundo Kandung, Kedai Skuy by Saung Sari, Saung Dumek NHD, Bakmie Bangka 99 that the dominant does not know that MSME products must be halal certified, they think that halal certificates are only needed for middle- to upper-class businesses and businesses engaged in home food do not require halal certificates.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui respon pelaku UMKM yang ada di Kecamatan Bojongsari akan kewajiban bersertifikat halal, dan alasan mereka belum mengetahui dan memiliki sertifikat halal serta apakah peraturan hukum mengenai sertifikat halal baik UU No 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal, PP No 39 Tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Bidang Jaminan Produk Halal, Undang Undang No 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa respon 10 UMKM yang ada di Kecamatan Bojongsari yaitu, Dapur Bandung, Soto Khas Betawi, Bubur Ayam Pa’o, Pecel Madiun Bu Wito, Kedai BBM, Mie Bibir Jontor, Nasi Padang Bundo Kandung, Kedai Skuy by Saung Sari, Saung Dumek NHD, Bakmie Bangka 99 bahwa  dominan tidak mengetahui bahwa produk UMKM harus bersertifikat halal, mereka beranggapan bahwa sertifikat halal hanya diperlukan untuk usaha menengah ke atas dan usaha yang bergerak di bidang makanan rumahan tidak memerlukan sertifikat halal.
